Jim Mulder, former director of Minnesota Counties has a discussion with Alan Roebke on informed TV about county government in Minnesota, past present and thoughts for modernizing Minnesota government for a bright future to serve all citizens.

These episodes are on informed TV on Charter channel 14 every day this week and weekly at 6 AM and 7:30 PM in western Minnesota charter markets and 8:30 PM in eastern charter markets/Duluth/Rochester through Thursday.
