Alexandria Bond Request Insight

See the reasoning and insight on Alexandria Minnesota’s request for a $2.9 million dollar bond from the Minnesota Legislature and Governor Dayton!

“This legislation will make Alexandria a leader in our state for job growth,
innovation, healthcare services, and education for a generation and beyond,”
said Rep. Mary Franson (R-Alexandria). “Because of this project, Minnesotans from
across the state will look at our community as a world-class destination for technical education, workforce training, manufacturing, and economic development.”

“Senate File 2457 presents a unique opportunity for the City of Alexandria and its surrounding communities. This legislation would allow the city to utilize roughly 44 acres in the center of town to develop and strengthen the local community. This regional property would lead to growth in the medical, education industries and training opportunities due to the enhanced services that would be available. Please join
me in supporting this remarkable opportunity for Alexandria.”
~Senator Ingebrigtsen

    Hi Al

I have a drone capable of arial photography in still and video. I would like to volunteer my services for your stories.

I road my motor cycle during Howie Ogaards funeral and thought filming from the air during the motor cycle prosession for would have been good. I have been asked by the people at the Country Club to do an Ariel shoot of the 7th green rebuild, might be a story for you.

I am a flight instructor and have run a flight school for aviation for 15 years at the Alexandria airport and will be taking students who want to learn to use drones for various purposes. At this time I am interested in using it on a volunteer basis. Dennis 320-808-8505
